I was looking for a big cap and this pad really has it. The drawback for me is that it’s not fitting very snug. It wouldn’t be right to say the fit is loose but I just like them to move as little as possible. I got the advice to cross the straps (upper strap through lower lug and vice versa) with the elbow slightly bent and this was a game changer. perfect for me like that!
