Custom Aluminium Insoles

Aluminium insoles are not a must, but when you use soft shoes (like Vans or other sneakers), we STRONGLY advise getting them. Just think about how stiff the soles are for derby boots installed on plates. Imagine using a soft rubbery sole on a stiff plate :) 
Keep in mind that your shoes need enough space on the inside as these insoles add +-2mm on the inner bottom. So your feet will be +- 2mm higher in the shoes. If your feet are already snug in the shoes, they will not longer fit when mounted.
