Bonnes protection pour les coudes. Je conserve de la souplesse pour plier le bras et je me sens bien protégée. Son seul défaut est que l'on ne peut pas les ouvrir entièrement pour les faire sécher... du coup il faut les nettoyer plus souvent pour pas qu'elles sentent trop fort...

I've them since 4 years. Good protection, they're scratching always good. They 're just a little too long to dry after a training ça fait 4 ans que je les ai. Ils protègent et se scratchent toujours bien. Ils sont juste un peu long à secher après un entrainement
